"capturing the beauty of nature through light and time"
In my years of shooting landscapes and nature I have been fortunate enough to visit many places. This gallery is dedicated to those in which I didn't get to spend as much time as I would have like and to some of the "lesser known" locations I have photographed. To order prints simply select your desired size, enter the IMG#, and complete your transaction through Paypal.
Thanks for your interest and for supporting a local artist!

As the first snow storm of winter was clearing out around the north rim of the Grand Canyon, I went out looking for some interesting light in the surrounding forests. As the clouds broke on the fog lifted, rays of light would pierce the canopy of trees providing some amazing scenes. When I noticed a few deer making their way through the area I quietly waited for the perfect opportunity to snap off a few frames. This deer graciously walked right into the center of the rays of light. My only complaint is the tree coming out of it's back. "Never put a telephone pole coming out of the top of someones head," keeps running through my head. How much do you think it takes away from the scene?
